Renting a car is only allowed on the territory of Romania. The customer must be 21 years old at the time of signing the contract and have a valid national or international driver's license with at least 1 year of validity, for the car category. The lessor will make copies according to the documents presented by the client.

The rented car will only be driven by the customer or the additional driver specified in this contract.
As part of entrusting the driving of the car to another person, the renter will be penalized by the full retention of the guarantee and by the full payment of any damages.
The renter undertakes to pay fines for traffic offenses or other violations of the law, concerning the car;
In case of loss of the car keys, a penalty of 200 euros will be paid.At the conclusion of the contract, the lessee will submit a material guarantee of 200 EURO on the date of conclusion of the contract. This will be returned at the reception of the car if the customer returns it in good condition, with all the documents of the car, with all the accessories and equipment undamaged and in their place, at the place, date and time indicated in the contract.
If, upon receipt of the car, defects are found, which are not compensated by the insurance company (mechanical defects, small scratches, damage inside the car, loss of accessories, etc.) the warranty retains the juice until the damages incurred are covered, after which payment documents will be issued.
